Draft a complaint outline that survives the motion

This page lists three turns, the messages you send to the AI one after another in the same chat, and then a check of the answer. Keep it open next to your chat. Each turn shows the next thing to paste, with the values you entered already filled in. Nothing is sent from this page, and your conversation stays in the AI tool you are using.

The facts you would tell a partner in ninety seconds. Dates and names matter more than adjectives.

Where you intend to file, and the substantive law you expect to govern.

The causes of action you want stress-tested, including the ones you are unsure about.

Who sues whom, with citizenship if diversity is your jurisdictional hook.

Category and order of magnitude, plus any statutory fees or penalties.

Plead everything that is colorable, or file only the counts that clearly survive a motion.

Watch for these throughout

  • The model will fill gaps with invented facts if the summary is thin. Confirm every quoted allegation ties to a document or a witness you actually have.
  • Limitations periods, tolling, and pre-suit notice requirements are jurisdiction-specific and unforgiving. Verify each one before filing.
  • Diversity jurisdiction turns on citizenship, not residence, and an LLC takes the citizenship of every member. The model routinely gets this wrong.
  • Do not paste privileged intake notes or client communications unless your firm's AI policy and the engagement terms permit it.
  • A count the model calls survivable may still be a strategic mistake. Pleading it can invite removal, a fee-shifting counterclaim, or a Rule 11 letter.
