This page lists three turns, the messages you send to the AI one after another in the same chat, and then a check of the answer. Keep it open next to your chat. Each turn shows the next thing to paste, with the values you entered already filled in. Nothing is sent from this page, and your conversation stays in the AI tool you are using.
What is filed, receipt numbers and dates, current status and expiry, and anything already decided.
Processing times, interview waits, and bulletin dates you looked up today, with the date and source. Anything you leave out comes back as a blank in the letter.
The client, their reading level and language, and anything about how they take news. This sets the register.
Their questions in their own words. These get answered first, in their order.
Travel, job change, marriage, moving. Each gets checked against the posture and answered directly.
Watch for these throughout
USCIS processing times, fees, interview waits, and visa bulletin dates change without notice and differ by office and form type. This prompt leaves them blank on purpose. Do not let anything fill them, and never send a letter with an unverified number in it.
A client letter that sounds like a promise becomes one. Read every future-tense sentence for an implied guarantee about timing or outcome before it goes out.
Travel, job changes, and marriage can each damage a pending case. Confirm what the client is actually planning before sending, not after.
Confirm who else has access to the channel you send this through. Employers, family members, and former partners often read a client's email.
Plain language is not permission to simplify the law. Check that any shortened explanation is still accurate, especially on travel, unlawful presence, and job changes.
